Important Employee Information

The following pointers will contribute to successful assignments:

  • Be on time!
  • Call us immediately if you can’t report to a job.
  • If you are injured on the job, maintain weekly contact with us. Failure to do so will result in your termination.
  • Accurately complete your time sheet. Remember, we need your supervisor’s signature before we can pay you.
  • Contact us weekly to let us know you are available.
  • Work only the hours specified by the client.
  • Confidentiality is extremely important. Do not discuss our client, its business, or employees while on assignment or afterwards.

Payment Policy

It is your responsibility to keep track of your hours and fill out your time sheet correctly for each assignment. Hours are rounded to the nearest quarter hour (i.e., 5 hours 40 minutes = 5 3/4 or 5 hours 45 minutes). Your time sheet is to be signed and the original (white copy) left with your immediate supervisor. Bring or mail the yellow copy to our office in order to receive your paycheck. Check the box at the bottom notifying us whether or not you are returning to the same assignment the following week.

We pay every Friday, the same week that you work. There are three check runs on Fridays. Call your hours into the office (754-9616) by the following times:

Call in by: 10:00 a.m. 1:00 p.m. 3:00 p.m.
Check ready by: 12:00 p.m. 3:00 p.m. 5:00 p.m.

Our office hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. We are closed Saturday and Sunday.

If you work over the weekend or did not call in your hours on Friday, you may call in your hours until noon on the following Monday. Checks are available Monday after 2:00 p.m. If you do not submit your hours on Monday by noon, your check will be ready by the next regular check run, which would be the following Friday at noon. You may also leave your hours on our answering machine.

If you would like your check mailed, call in your hours and mail the yellow copy of your time sheet to the office. We will mail your check when your time sheet is received in the office. Remember, you still need to call in your hours every week even if you pick up your check at a later date. No checks will be released without a time sheet signed by a supervisor!

Overtime is paid for over 40 hours worked in a week. Our pay period is Monday through Sunday. Overtime is calculated at time and a half.

Vacation Pay

Vacation pay accumulates at a rate of 4% of wages and is payable after you have been with us for a total of 500 hours in a 12-month period.

Paid Holidays

You are paid for legal holidays if you have worked for us 1000 hours in a 12-month period and work the day before and the day after the holiday. We observe the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas.
